Secreteye Telematics Pvt Ltd (“Orbies,” “we,” “our,” “us”) operates the Orbies mobile application — a community-first platform where people discover Communities, Bubbles, Volunteer Opportunities, and local experiences, connect with like-minded people, and take real-world action in their city. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices and controls available to you.
By creating an account or using Orbies, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Orbies is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18. See our separate Child Safety Standards for how we enforce this.

We use location only to personalize your experience. Orbies uses your general or precise location (whichever you permit) solely to show you relevant Communities, Bubbles, Volunteer Opportunities, and local events near you.

Community posts, prompts and comments, messages, Bubble participation, and volunteer or event activity you take part in.
d. Device & Usage Information
Device type and OS version, app version, crash logs and diagnostics, and feature usage analytics.

We do not use your location to reveal your position to other users or to power any real-time, proximity-based “who's nearby” feature. Location is used exclusively to personalize the content shown to you.

You can block other users at any time; blocked users cannot contact you, message you, or see your profile or activity in Communities or Bubbles. You can report profiles, messages, or content you believe violates our Terms or Community Rules. We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. Orbies is intended solely for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Accounts we determine belong to a minor, or that misrepresent age, are removed. If you believe we have collected data from someone under 18, contact us immediately at team@orbies.in so we can investigate and delete it. Full detail is in our Child Safety Standards.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards — including encryption in transit and at rest — designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

For App Store Connect's Privacy Nutrition Label, this policy supports the following disclosure: Data collected and linked to your identity — Contact Info (name, phone), Profile Info (photo, DOB), User Content (posts, messages), Location (coarse, and precise only if permitted) used for App Functionality/Personalization, Identifiers, and Usage Data (diagnostics/analytics). None of this data is used for Tracking (linking you across other companies' apps/websites for advertising), and none is sold or shared with third-party advertisers. Because Orbies does not track users for advertising purposes, the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt is not currently required — if that changes, Apple's ATT permission must be requested before any tracking begins.
