Welcome to Orbies! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Orbies mobile application, its features, and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using Orbies you agree to these Terms, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Secreteye Telematics Pvt Ltd.
Orbies helps you discover interest-based communities, volunteer opportunities, and local experiences. Core features include:
Orbies may use your device location to personalize which Communities, Bubbles, Volunteer Opportunities, and events are shown to you. Your location is never shown to, or shared with, other users, businesses, or advertisers. Orbies has no map, radius, or “nearby users” feature, and does not enable any user to see another user's real-time or approximate location.
Orbies is designed to help you connect with real people through Communities, Bubbles, volunteering, and events, which may include meeting in person. Because Orbies does not share any user's location with another user, the app itself plays no role in real-time proximity-based meetups — any in-person meeting arranged through Communities, Bubbles, or events is arranged directly between users, at their own discretion.
We do not conduct criminal background checks on users and cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, or conduct of any user. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, on and off the app. We recommend meeting new people in public places, telling a friend or family member where you're going, and using the in-app blocking and reporting tools whenever something feels wrong.
You agree not to:
Violations may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination, at our sole discretion, without prior notice where safety is at risk.
You can block or report any user at any time from within the app. Blocked users cannot message you, view your profile, or interact with you in Communities or Bubbles. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team; see our Child Safety Standards for handling of safety-critical reports.
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting content on Orbies, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating, moderating, and promoting the Service. We may remove any content, at our discretion, that we believe violates these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created a safety risk to another user, or misrepresented your eligibility. You may also delete your own account at any time (Section 12).
Orbies is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for the conduct, statements, or actions of any user, on or off the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secreteye Telematics Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any harm arising from interactions between users, whether online or in person.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Secreteye Telematics Pvt Ltd, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of Orbies or your violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account directly within the app at any time:
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Orbies after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Orbies.
