These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of Orbies Premium and the related premium features made available through the Orbies mobile application and website (“Orbies”, “Service”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Orbies is operated by Secreteye Social Private Limited.
These Terms are intended to explain the Orbies Premium service, subscription plans, benefits, billing, renewal, cancellation and related conditions. Your general use of Orbies is also governed by the general Orbies Terms & Conditions available at https://orbies.in/terms/.
If there is a conflict between these subscription-specific Terms and the general Orbies Terms & Conditions regarding a subscription matter, these subscription-specific Terms will apply to that subscription matter to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Orbies is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By purchasing or using Orbies Premium, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
Orbies Premium is an optional paid subscription that provides access to premium features and benefits within Orbies. The available subscription products may be offered through Apple's App Store as auto-renewable in-app purchases.
Each subscription belongs to the Orbies Premium subscription group and provides the benefits described for the applicable plan. Apple controls the App Store purchase transaction, billing mechanism and subscription management functions.
The price shown to you at the time of purchase in the App Store is the applicable purchase price. Taxes or other amounts may be handled by Apple as applicable.

Orbies is a platform that lists or facilitates access to volunteering opportunities in different locations. Orbies may work with hosts, organisations, businesses or other third parties. Orbies is not necessarily the host, employer, organiser or supervisor of every opportunity.
Premium access or priority features do not guarantee that a user will be selected for, accepted into or placed in any volunteering opportunity. Selection may depend on the relevant host or organiser, opportunity requirements and other circumstances.
Availability of opportunities can change. Orbies does not guarantee that a particular opportunity will remain available for the entire subscription period.
Premium benefits are provided for the applicable subscription period and may depend on the availability of features, opportunities, partners and third-party services.
Orbies may modify, replace, add or remove features or benefits as the Service develops, subject to applicable law and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes may be necessary because of product development, third-party availability, operational requirements, safety considerations or changes to platform rules.
A description of a premium benefit does not guarantee a particular number, frequency or monetary value of opportunities, partner offers or selections unless expressly stated.
Where the Yearly Subscription includes coupons or partner offers, the stated value of up to ₹1,999 refers to the potential combined discount or promotional value of eligible offers. It does not mean that every subscriber will receive ₹1,999 in cash or that every subscriber will necessarily be able to use the full stated value.
Partner offers may have separate eligibility conditions, validity periods, redemption limits and terms imposed by the relevant partner. Orbies may not control the availability or continued operation of a third-party partner offer.
Orbies Premium subscriptions are auto-renewable subscriptions. After you purchase a subscription, it automatically renews at the end of the applicable subscription period unless you cancel it in accordance with Apple's subscription management process.
For an annual subscription, renewal occurs annually. For a quarterly subscription, renewal occurs every three months. The renewal price will be the price displayed by Apple for the applicable renewal at that time, subject to Apple's applicable pricing and notification rules.
Apple may provide notifications or request consent for certain price changes in accordance with its policies and applicable requirements.
Subscription purchases made through the iOS app are processed by Apple through the App Store. Orbies does not directly collect your Apple App Store subscription payment details.
By purchasing through the App Store, you authorize Apple to charge the payment method associated with your Apple Account according to the applicable subscription terms and Apple's payment procedures.
You can cancel an active subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the Orbies app or deleting your Orbies account does not necessarily cancel an Apple App Store subscription.
When you cancel, the subscription generally remains active until the end of the current paid subscription period, subject to Apple's applicable rules. Cancellation prevents the next renewal but does not ordinarily provide a refund for the unused portion of the current subscription period.
Refunds for purchases made through Apple's App Store are handled under Apple's applicable refund policies and procedures. Orbies does not control Apple's refund decisions for App Store purchases.
To request an App Store refund, users should use Apple's applicable refund request process. Any refund or billing rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
Unless a custom EULA is expressly provided for the Orbies app in App Store Connect, Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to the licensed application.

These Orbies Terms of Use are not intended to replace Apple's standard EULA. The EULA governs the license to use the application, while these Terms describe the Orbies service and subscription relationship.
Your use of Orbies through Apple's App Store is also subject to Apple's applicable terms, policies and rules. In the event of a conflict concerning Apple's App Store transaction, billing, subscription management or platform requirements, Apple's applicable terms and processes will govern to the extent required.
If supported by the app, existing subscribers may restore their purchases using the restore-purchase functionality provided by Orbies. Subscription status and management are ultimately determined through Apple's App Store systems.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
Orbies Premium payments are made to Orbies through Apple's App Store. Orbies does not provide a payment facility through the app for users to pay hosts or other users for volunteering opportunities.
You may manage account deletion and report concerns through the Orbies User Center at https://orbies.in/user-center/
Deleting your Orbies account may affect access to Orbies Premium features. Account deletion does not necessarily cancel an Apple App Store subscription; you must separately manage or cancel the subscription through Apple.

The Privacy Policy explains how Orbies collects, uses and protects personal information.
These subscription Terms should be read together with the general Orbies Terms & Conditions available at https://orbies.in/terms/. The general Terms include rules concerning user conduct, Bubbles, user-generated content, safety, reporting, account suspension and termination, intellectual property, service availability, liability and governing law.
Orbies may suspend or terminate access to Premium features or an Orbies account where permitted by applicable law, including where a user violates applicable Orbies rules, creates a safety or security risk, engages in unlawful conduct, or otherwise misuses the Service.
Suspension or termination of an Orbies account does not automatically determine the status of an Apple App Store subscription. Users should manage any active subscription separately through Apple.
Orbies may modify, suspend or discontinue features, opportunities or parts of the Service. We do not guarantee that any particular premium feature, volunteering opportunity, partner offer or Bubble-related functionality will always be available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
